The kids received the two lil’ bears today! My son (who has autism spectrum) said it means so much that someone cares about “us military kids”. He feels like because we are National Guard on our 5th deployment no one understands him. So receiving something that’s tangible means a lot. THANK YOU very much!

I talked to my kids yesterday who said they received the package – THANK YOU VERY MUCH!  They loved it and it’s something I’m sure they will keep forever.  This is another tool to try and keep my relationship with my kids healthy and alive while deployed. Thank you again!

I wanted to write to you all there and say thank you. The bears arrived today for my girls and the timing couldn’t be more perfect. With today being Christmas Eve and Daddy being in Afghanistan (since Sept), today was a rough day for all of us. The girls were moping and to be honest, I was too! The bears brought a smile to my three girls faces, and they each went to bed cuddling up with their new friend and thinking about their Dad. Thank you all for what you do and for just caring. Sometimes, in this crazy hectic military life, the smallest gestures can make such a huge impact on a life. This was one of those times (x3!)

What your organization is doing for our littlest patriots brings tears to my eyes, it means so much to us.  My little boy, Luke, has slept with his bear each night and Emma’s watches over her as she sleeps.  Thank you so much for those wonderful bears, books, bracelets and dog tags.  They mean so much to us.
